- Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Please note: due to the nature of the product (food item), we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles.
